Choose the model that fits how your firm works. The full platform — OCR, AI extraction, configurable rules, TIR / Search / CERSAI drafting, RBAC and audit — is included in every option. Plans differ only in portal automation, hardening, ownership and how you pay.

Payment & terms

Payment

One-time plans: 60% advance on signing, 40% on go-live / final acceptance.
Subscription: annual in advance.
Year 1 support included on one-time plans; annual maintenance applies from Year 2.

Taxes, hosting & residency

All figures exclusive of GST (18%).
Cloud hosting: a fixed managed fee, or pass-through of actual usage — near-zero when idle.
Data stays in India; the optional in-India AI tier keeps the language-model in India too.
Final figures confirmed in a written Statement of Work.
